Nolasimbo Consulting Engineers & Planners Limited is a conglomerate of seasoned engineers and planners of various Transportation Engineering and Planning disciplines with high experience gained over the years in their chosen fields of specialization in the United States and Nigeria.
We began operation in the year 2009 and was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission the same year. It presently has several qualified engineers, planners, and other professionals.
Our professional registration includes membership of Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria - COREN, Nigerian Society of Engineers - NSE, American Institute of Certified Planners - AICP, Association for Consulting Engineering in Nigeria - ACEN, International Organization for Standardization - ISO, Institute of Transportation Engineers - ITE and Professional Engineer - PE as both individual and firm member.

Founding Partner & President
Noble Olasimbo is a founding partner and President of Nolasimbo Consulting Engineers & Planners Limited, has managed several continuing services contracts for various public and private clients. Mr. Olasimbo has a bachelor degree from University of West Alabama, Livingston Alabama and Master degree in Transportation from Texas Southern University, Houston Texas USA and a member of the American Planning Association, the Institute of Transportation Engineers Fellow, Nigeria Society of Engineers #32525 and Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria R#29,250.
Engr. Matthew Asaolu, PE
Vice President
Matthew Asaolu had over 28 years of engineering experience working for the state of Texas, U.S.A. - more than 24 years as a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.). He is experienced in every facet of transportation project execution from planning, through design and construction to maintenance. He has a wide range of experience in the transportation structure design. Matthew has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree and a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering (Structures) degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, Arlington, Texas.
Engr. F.A. Alatishe
Vice President
Engr. Alatishe has over 30 years’ experience in the Nigerian airport's projects development and expansion of its infrastructure to accommodate demand. His areas of expertise include airport mechanical systems operation, installations, and long-range planning. Engr. Alatishe has bachelor's degrees in Engineering from State University of New York, Stony Brook Long Island, New York, U.S.A., and is a registered Professional Engineer in Nigeria.
Engr. APAMPA Olanrewaju Ahmed PhD, FNSE
Technical Consultant Civil Engineering Infrastructure.
Dr. Apampa is the company's Technical Consultant on Civil Infrastructure Projects. Specialist in bridges, waterfront structures, and foundations in complex ground and road projects. Apampa has worked on the Structural design and detailing of various industrial, commercial, and private developments across Nigeria - the Technical Director for the Lagos Rail Mass Transit Redline Project, Oyingbo Overpass project.
Apampa has a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Lagos, MTech, Transportation Engineering from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt, and a Ph.D. Civil Engineering from the University of Ilorin.
Mr. Babatunji Ajibola
Transportation Project Manager
Ajibola Babatunji, serve as project manager for transportation planning and engineering studies, and assisted with transportation aspects of all other planning processes, analyze and evaluate current and proposed Traffic Impact Assessment. Mr. Ajibola has a bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Lagos, Lagos and Master’s degree in Geography (Transportation option) from the same university.

AbdulWahab Azeezat Oyindamola, serve as Transportation Engineer for the company and assisted with other transportation aspects of all other planning. Miss Azeezat is specialized in designing and construction. Miss Azeezat has Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic.
